Tomislav is involved in drafting environmental impact studies, strategic and planning documents, reports, analyses, feasibility studies, technological projects and investigative works in the field of non-hazardous and hazardous waste since 1999. His most important works are in the field of engineering and technology relating to environmental protection and waste management. In particular, he is involved in analyses, balancing and trend projections in waste management aided by the use of advanced software tools for statistical analysis, modelling, simulation and optimisation, studies separate waste collection systems and waste transportation, transfer stations, waste sorting facilities, composting and other types of facilities for the biological treatment of waste, recycling yards and landfills, payment systems for quantity-based waste management services, investigative field work to determine the quantity and composition of waste and the site selection for facilities within an integrated waste management system, the drafting of national, regional and local waste management plans, systems for the treatment of wastewater from waste management facilities, remediation of waste contaminated environments and other projects. 

Suzana has been designing ​​waste management and environmental protection facilities, drafting preliminary, main and detailed designs, landfill remediation projects and has been involved in the preparation of tender documentation since 2000. She is certified to draft the fire protection projects. She also performs tasks relating to design supervision, manages projects financed from national and EU funds, tasks related to obtaining construction permits, and participates in the preparation of applications for the sourcing of EU funds. Her most important works involve the selection of landfill locations and the drafting of preliminary, main and detailed designs of waste management facilities, the drafting of environmental protection studies and landfill remediation plans as well as fire protection projects. 

Irena designs waste management and environmental protection facilities, the development of conceptual, major and execution projects, landfill remediation projects and the preparation of tender documents since 2003. He is author and co-author of scientific papers in the field of waste management at the Symposium - Waste management in Zagreb. Her most important works have been site selection and the drafting of preliminary and main designs as well as the drafting of detailed designs and plans for landfill remediation. 

She is involved in activities relating to environmental protection. Ana-Marija also has experience in the drafting of environmental protection studies, waste management strategies and plans, waste management studies, baseline studies related to obtaining environmental permits for facilities, internal regulations relating to water protection as well as experience in projects related to waste recycling (recovery). 

She is also responsible for the technical and operational administration of the company, logistical support for all the company's activities, activities relating to the financial operations of the company and human resources. The scope of her work includes the implementation of professional and operational-administrative legal documents, drafting of tender documents, bids and contracts, and other activities from the company’s core business, which in turn are related to environmental protection. She has been assigned the responsibility of organising and supervising documentary processes in the company, the implementation of process and the carrying out tasks associated with the Quality Management System (QMS) according to standard ISO 9001:2008 and the Environmental Management System in compliance with standard ISO 14000:2004.

She has many years of experience in site selection studies and environmental impact studies, the drafting of environmental protection studies and preliminary environmental and technological projects. She also has experience in developing waste management strategies and plans, waste management studies, baseline studies related to obtaining environmental permits for plants, internal regulations relating to water protection as well as experience in projects relating to waste recycling (recovery) and waste composting. She has participated so far at 7 International Waste Management Symposiums in Zagreb as author or co-author of scientific papers in the field of waste management. 

He has many years of experience in developing projects and carrying out investigative works in the field of municipal waste treatment, and is involved in hazardous waste management, site selection studies and environmental impact studies, the drafting of preliminary designs, main designs and detailed designs, landfill remediation projects, determining the waste system, waste recycling (recovery) and waste composting projects, the drafting of studies and obtaining water rights permits as well as the drafting of the Ordinance on Waste and Maintenance of Sewerage Systems and Wastewater Treatment Plants, and the Ordinance on Measures and Actions in Case of Accidental Pollution, the Water Protection Programme and the Environmental Protection Intervention Plans. He performs tasks in advising investors as well as supervising and auditing projects and studies.

He is the author and co-author of scientific papers in the field of waste disposal (Residential and Communal Business, Economy and Environment Journal of the consortium for maintaining cleanliness in cities and settlements in the Republic of Croatia, Građevinar).

He has participated in all 11 Symposiums - Waste Management in Zagreb. His most important works are site selection and the drafting of comprehensive technical documentation for the waste landfill in Bjelovar, the drafting of environment impact studies and obtaining location permits, construction and fitness-of-use permits as well as water rights permits including the drafting of studies on the state of municipal waste disposal in the Republic of Croatia.
