Group IPZ Uniprojekt MCF d.o.o. and IPZ Uniprojekt TERRA are two of leading engineering and consulting firm in Croatia and a key player in the sector of waste management in the country. The company is established in 1948. under the name of Industrijski Projektni Zavod. The company is privately owned since 1992. The reorganization of company was done in 1998. and company IPZ Uniprojekt TERRA was formed. The companies engage independently from each other. IPZ has been engaged in environmental engineering since 1970s, and companies are also involved in design and consulting of waste management services since 1990s.
IPZ Uniprojekt has a focus and strong specialization in solid waste management and disposal services, unique in Croatia. The company's consultancy and engineering services range from waste generation via collection to disposal on the landfill and recycling. Fields of expertise include:

Design of sanitary landfills and facilities, Site selection for waste processing facilities; feasibility studies for waste management systems and disposal sites and facilities; site assessment studies and environmental impact assessments; design of closure, rehabilitation and remediation of existing sites; studies on the recycling of municipal waste and special waste types and consultancy on waste collection services and on privatization of these services.
