SUMMARY

Primary recycling in City of Osijek started in 1996. with construction of first recycling yard construction and continued in 1997. with separated collection of paper and glass .Considering that quantity of waste is constantly rising, primary recycling or separated collection of metal cans, biodegradable waste etc. is increasingly important, as well as construction of new recycling yard. This paper provides results of separated collection so far as well as expectation until 2005. It also provides estimates for needed investments.
