SUMMARY

National Strategy of waste management prescribes basic principles in integrated waste management which will be implemented in few phases. In this paper location and capacity determination for a waste management center is described by simulation of operational costs. Cost calculations shows that higher capacity centers which are located near major waste production source have lower specific costs.
