REMEDIATION OF LANDFILL FORM HIGHWAY EXCAVATION

SUMMARY

With the construction of the highway an oversupply was left from the excavation of the tunnel and from the route, which has to be sanified according to law. The goal is to resolve the problem by making the Executional project regarding present material dumping sites according to law and the rules of profession. The project also covers an excavation material dumping site according to building and location permit (which is normally a prerequisite of a building permit). The location permit, as constituent part of a building permit, determines that possible oversupply should be taken to dumps whose locations need to be set up with local authorities. Besides the description of the present state, recovery plan was also displayed from the point of view of the environmental preservation as well as the description of the sanation executed so far.
