PREPARING TENDER DOCUMENTATION AND THE CLIENT’S TECHNICAL CONDITIONS
During the phase of preparing tender documentation, all the documentation necessary to commence the tender is prepared which depends on the type of procurement in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act and associated by-laws.Preparation of tender documentation includes the following activities: preparing a description of the tender conditions, preparation of the particular forms for project planning, adjusting the project to the tender conditions, consultation for coordination of the project along with the application for the tender, coordination in preparing necessary documents and other required supporting documentation.
